Sick Sad World is now online

This is the very first post of Sick Sad World Productions.

I know. This page is incredibly girly.

I will probably end up changing the theme around a couple times before this is all done. I have a thing about changing themes.

In any case, Welcome to SICK SAD WORLD!!! Remember our motto--"For every person who likes something, there's another who hates it and someone else who jacks off to it at night. We live in a very SICK SAD WORLD."

I am going to start doing a radio show-like podcast of sorts, but I am still in the planning stages. I'm gathering ideas for various segments of the show. I want the interludes to the music to be entertaining to more than one audience. Because of this, I am currently looking for inputs and suggestions.

Here is a list of what I have so far:

Personal Rants Segment [For participating people]
Encyclopedia Dramatica Article Feature - With quotes
Mock Gossip Girl Type Storyline - for the girly girls, of course...
Guest Segment [only sometimes]
Recommendation Time [for anything I may stumble across that is likable]
A "Now you Know" Segment [for interesting information]
Old shows you should watch again! [for the older people]
"What's wrong with this?" [for stating the obvious]
Q&A - for the few times that I anticipate that I'll get comments or questions, I'll answer or reply to them.
Opinion Segment - Where many people concisely state their opinion about something different than what is being covered in th rant.
Comic book Character segment - No, I'm ont trying to brainwash you. It's only a one-character-at-a-time briefing. Jeez...
Top Ten lists - A different top ten list for every show. I'll make sure they're absolutely terrible >_>
"Clipping the Knot" - Where I reveal the suckage in the things that I do, and the non-suckage about things that I don't. We're all human. I am not exempt.
"Trying to take over the world!" A few friendly tips for you evil overlords out there.



And that's pretty much all I got right now. I'm also trying to assemble a crack team of radio co-hosts for your enjoyment. As do most people, I have amusing and interesting friends. In short, this is show from a geek reaching out to other geeks and some people beyond. When I get things together, I hope that you will enjoy it.

Ah, am I forgetting anything? Oh, of course. My name, I suppose. I will henceforth now and forever--so long as Foamy is my Lord and Master--be referred to as "My Silence Knot". This is a gimmick from an old children's book...etc...
